At first, I was wondering what had happened JohnnyUtah's cool style of animating tankmen and had he forgotten that what makes tankmen so funny, that there is no winners, no goodguys no baddies.
But since its you who made it, it isn't so bad.

Great job man! I love how you did those smooth animations, like, it must have taken ages to make those. Graphics were something I had never seen before. The simplicity of those was pure genious. Have you ever considered to start a correer as a grafic desinger? You'd be an instant hit!

I understand this is just an opinion of a character in one little flash, but it represents feelings of the many, and many people point of view in the global warming.
People can't just face the fact that they can't live the way they want without facing the consiquenses of their actions, like driving a car just because of pure lazyness. Global warming is here and people gotta change, denying is no help.

You god damn filthy pig stole my idea of a weapon in crotch! I even desinged and drawn a nice character
"in 2057, world has been taken over by super evil badguy organisations and multimillion corporations. Our hero Action-Pete was an rough crimefighter, excop. Then something happened, something that changed his live forever. Badguys shot him on the crotch with a shotgun, he was taken to quickly hospital. There they used ultra hi-technology to glued an arsenal of weapons into his croch. For payment he dedicated his life to fight for facist goverment led by imperialist pigs, which actually didn't change his life at all."

Let's just face it, the quality of animation was crap. You seriosly need to work on it.
Yup, dialogue sucked. I probably would'nt have a clue what's going if would'nt have beated all Devil May Crys. So I'd recomment thinking that way when you're planning plot.
But of course, I see you put some effort to this and I gotta give points for the lenght.
